Why is the online video or download player not working?

Technologies are changing and from time to time you will be required to download or update your system software for playing flash video, both the downloadable video player and the streaming video player. Why does the video sometimes stop or pause?

Our video uses "streaming" technology to start transmitting video almost as soon as it is requested, rather than waiting for the complete video file to download. If the video stream pauses, it is probably due to Internet traffic congestion, a slow modem connection, or insufficient computer hardware. If a pause persists, it is recommended that you pause the video for 30 seconds or restart the video.

Improving video/audio download and playback performance.

Spyware/Adware is one of the leading causes of degraded computer performance. We recommend using a Spyware/Adware removal program on your PC (regularly) for added download and speed performance of not only video and audio performance, but complete overall computer performance. These Spyware/Adware removal programs can be found by searching most major search engine using the search phrase "Free Spyware Adware removal". Spybot Search & Destroy is a leading "free" supplier of Spyware/Adware removal software.
