How to win an atomic war

Comment on this article

Ever since the first atomic bomb demolished Hiroshima, military thinkers have wrestled with the question of how to fight and win an atomic war. Now with North Korea and possibly other countries going nuclear, the world is becoming a much more dangerous place.

In 1945, before the bomb was even dropped, the American Secretary of War, Henry Stimson, sent a top-secret memo to President Harry S. Truman: "Within four months we shall in all probability have completed the most terrible weapon ever known in human history, one bomb of which could destroy a whole city…We may see a time when such a weapon may be constructed in secret and used suddenly and effectively … With its aid, even a very powerful unsuspecting nation might be conquered within a very few days by a much smaller one. …The world in its present state of moral advancement compared with its technical development would be eventually at the mercy of such a weapon. In other words, modern civilization might be completely destroyed … No system of control heretofore considered would be adequate to control this menace. Both inside any particular country and between the nations of the world, the control of this weapon will undoubtedly be a matter of the greatest difficulty and would involve such thorough going rights of inspection and internal controls as we have never before contemplated."

Now the genie is out; Pandora's Box has been opened. In addition to the major nuclear nations; nations such as North Korea, Pakistan, India, Shiite Muslim Iran, Sunni Muslim Egypt, Israel and China either have, or are trying to get the bomb. Some of these nations hate each other, and some hate the United States and the entire western world and its way of life! It is only a matter of time until these weapons of mass destruction are used again.

If any nation wants to start and survive a thermonuclear war, what tactics and strategy can they possibly use? Are there any strategies which would prevent a country from retaliating in kind if attacked with nuclear weapons? The answer is yes.

One of these strategies can be referred to as the 15th bomb strategy. It is based on the concept that the explosion of as few as 15 thermonuclear bombs could exterminate all life from off this planet. Such an attack would raise huge clouds of smoke and dust to block out the sun, freezing all food crops and vegetation in a horrible nuclear winter.

According to this scenario, the way to win a nuclear war is to fire off a round of 14 bombs in a sneak attack against your enemy, at the same time issuing an ultimatum to surrender … or else the attacked nation will commit national suicide by retaliating with the 15th nuclear bomb, thus bringing about the death of all life on earth.

This may explain why Bible prophecy says, "They have blown the [war] trumpet and made everyone ready, but no one goes to battle; for My wrath is on all their multitude … Those who survive will escape and be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, each for his iniquity. Every hand will be feeble, and every knee will be as weak as water. They will also be girded with sackcloth; horror will cover them; shame will be on every face, baldness on all their heads" (Ezekiel 7:14, 16-18).

This is just one of many prophecies showing that the greatest single nation to ever exist and the greatest ever commonwealth of nations will go down with great losses, yet not firing a single shot in their own defense! America and Britain are destined to be destroyed as sovereign nations in the not-too-distant future because of their sins!
