Canadian Bill Could Criminalize Therapy

Canadian Bill C-6 is now before the House of Commons. This broadly written bill would criminalize any attempts at “conversion therapy” aimed at helping men and women continue to present or return to presenting as their biological gender. If passed, the bill would also make it a crime for anyone—including churches, ministers, and Christian counselors—to encourage anyone under age 18 to value their God-given gender and reject the pressures of sex and gender confusion that our secular society is pushing at them.

Animals on the Prowl

The Guardian reports that many developed nations around the world are experiencing a population decline—a time when birth rates are lower than the replacement rate of 2.1 children per woman (January 24, 2021). Demographers see the “empowerment” of women and popular and effective methods of contraception and birth control as major causes of population decline.

Today, students “cancel” faculty and university presidents they do not agree with.

Myth of the “Multiverse”

Some of the equations of modern physics have been used to suggest the possibility of many parallel or “companion” universes to our own. Atheists have highly publicized this rather radical concept and frequently lean on it for some of their explanations of the origin of life. The multiverse is openly speculated about in scientific circles and presented as fact in science fiction movies and even some non-fiction television programs.

EU Call for Work-Free Sundays

According to Catholic bishops in the European Union, “Synchronised free time should be a priority in the EU social-policy agenda” (Vatican News, March 4, 2021). This is a message the bishops are sending to EU leaders, and the day most European nations traditionally observe this “free time” is Sunday.
